Well it had been some time since we had a puppy in the house. I am nuts about animals as you can see. So my son Tyler’s friend had a litter of puppies. The Mom is a German Shepard and Dad is a Chocolate Lab. So Tyler begged for hours to get a puppy, Martin kept saying no but I on the other hand wanted a dog as much as Ty. Martin finally said yes and here he is Chico!

Cleo always seems to get places that I thought a cat could not go. One day I heard this shearking from the bath room and Cleo was walking on the thin top of the shower. He of course could not get down of I got up on the tub and he jumped on my shoulder.

Every Christmas all the animals get baskets of toys! Here is Cleo in the cat basket!
Just a quick picture of 3 of my cats eating dinner on the counter……
Well the kittens were very sick, what a surprise!
More pets from the Humane Society and they were sick what a surprise. What do people have to do to adopt healthy animals these days? I took the kittens to the vet for the humane society and he said they were healthy. Less then a week later Pepper almost dies! Terrible infections, so I took them to my vet. Months of meds and feeding them baby food and water from a droper. Now they are healthy and thriving. Thanks you to Arizona Animals Wellness Center , Dr. Parva and Dr. Ford you two are great!!
Special thanks for my husband Martin for putting up with me and my animals. He helped me every night clean ears and feed my kittens. Thanks Martin Love Ya!!
For those of you who do not know, my Zoe is gone.
One day Zoe and Vegas had a fight and the next day Zoe was totally lame. Unable to walk I took her to the Vet. They had thought her leg was broke but it was not. Lab work showed that she had Valley Fever and it had settled in her hind legs and the fight between Vegas brought out the problems. After several visits to the Vet and over a 1,000 dollars, meds and therapy my Zoe girl has gone to the doggy heaven. I am only glad that I made her last few months happy. Good Bye Zoe.

Because the Humane Society is such a great place, they gave me a credit to somehow replace my Zoe Girl. I did not want to get another dog, my heart was not in it. So Tyler and I went for a drive to the Campus for Compassion in August, and we were going to look at kittens. The original plan was only one new kitty. But Tyler and I feel in love with two crazy Kitty’s. A white kitten and a gray tiger kitty. All I could think was Martin is going to kill me. Martin eventually said fine what can I do? You are going to bring 2 home anyway. Now my total is 5 Cats, 2 dogs. So here are Salt and Pepper, named very appropriately by Tyler.
In July of this year Martin and I went for a ride to all of the PetSmarts and Petcos in the area here in Arizona and we were looking at dogs. Please do not ask what I was thinking because I am not quite sure myself.
At the PetSmart around the corner from our home, we found a beautiful brindled dog who was part of the lonely hearts club for the Humane Society Arizona. She had been in the shelter for over 3 months and no one wanted her. I immediatly feel in love with her. She had to be the most loving and caring dog, who was given up by her owners because they had no time for her. So here is my Zoe.
