One of the most disturbing horror movies I’ve seen in recent memory, May tells the story of an unbalanced woman who just craves some attention. May is an awkward girl, who loves to sew, and who falls for a neighbor who does not return her affections. Driven to madness by solitude and loneliness, May becomes a murdering psychopath. A great example of indie film-making and a truly frightening ending make May a must-see.
